ProGrass manufactures its own synthetic surface at their Dalton, Georgia facility making one of only a few companies to actually oversee the production of the carpet it installs. ProGrass uses 100% polyethylene fibers to insure long-lasting playability. The fibers are treated with a UV inhibitor to lock in color and insure a surface that will be aesthetically pleasing for years to come. A high quality polyurethane backing is then applied. The backing is then perforated for positive draining. Finally, rolls are cut to 15' widths before they are shipped to their final destination.
Every segment of the ProGrass production process is subject to intense scrutiny. ProGrass quality control engineers monitor each and every run for density, proper perforation and color fastness. Attention to detail at every step of the way is the hallmark of the ProGrass production process.
