Customer Service
Customer service is of the utmost importance to ProGrass.
The ProGrass philosophy is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We don't want to be the biggest company, we want to be the best company in the synthetic turf industry. All of the ProGrass installations are done with ProGrass certified installers. The quality of both the product and installation are the main ingredients that allow for customer satisfaction.
Once the installation is complete, ProGrass takes great pride in ongoing service. Members of the ProGrass management team stay in touch with clients to find out how the surface is functioning on a day-to-day basis. And if ProGrass can improve any facet of the installation, it does so no questions asked. ProGrass believes that the easiest way to obtain great customer service is to do the installation right the first time, every time. By doing it right the first time, fewer problems arise, making it easier to focus the company's time on fostering relationships with clients rather than fixing problems. In short, if there's a concern, ProGrass fixes it.
