Project Manager Job Description 

Manage all phases of the assigned project or task after the sale is made by hiring subcontractors to perform site work or provide contracted services that are necessary to complete the scope of work. Work directly with the customer and provide open communications between the architect or construction manager to a successful, profitable and safe conclusion to the project.

Accounting Job Description 

Must have strong knowledge of federal and state accounting regulations and demonstrated experience in handling both internal and external audits. Must have solid computer skills, especially with MS Office software. Must be able to generate financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts and annual budgets. CPA or MBA is strongly preferred. 5-10 years of hands on accounting and managerial experience is also required. Experience working in a Construction or engineering company is a definite plus!
